Re-entry

Business Interface currently provides employment services to returning citizens re-entering into society from incarceration. BI serves as a state-wide workforce development vendor for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and operates out of 5 counties: Chester, Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia, counties.

All students will participate in a state of the art, 1 month long, training course. There will be daily testing as students are evaluated on the course material, as well as other distinguishing skills such as attendance, and their ability to follow instructions. The courses will cover a plethora of helpful topics, including anger management, goal setting, financial management, and much more.

If you successfully complete this class there is a 95% success rate to attain full-time employment!

Once employed, we maintain daily contact for up to 6 months to continue to assist you to make sure you remain on track to reach and maintain your goals.

Business Interface also offers a mentorship program that can partner you with a 1 on 1 mentor to build a relationship that is designed to continue to assist in your personal growth and development.

Business Interface currently boasts only a 16% recidivism rate.
