Tondalaya Carroll

Dr. Tondalaya Carroll is the Vice President at Business Interface. Equally as passionate as her husband, Dr. Carroll has been active in numerous community, educational, and private sector initiatives focused on preparing underserved populations for employment at local and national levels. Dr. Carroll has earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, a master’s degree in business administration, and a doctoral degree in organizational leadership.

Her years of community service have centered on at-risk youth, women in leadership, and veterans in need of employment. Dr. Carroll has also spent time advocating for those with disabilities in the workforce, and supporting initiatives to help those affected by domestic violence. Most recently, Dr. Carroll served as chair and assistant professor in the Department of Entrepreneurial Studies at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania.
