Brent Davis

Brent Davis is the Center Leader for the Business Interface office in Wilmington, DE. Mr. Davis is a dedicated workforce development professional with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Plattsburgh State University. With extensive experience in case management, job readiness facilitation, workforce development, and mental health, he is committed to helping individuals achieve career success.

Originally from New York City, Mr. Davis moved to Delaware in 2022. As the second eldest in a family of seven, he values leadership and mentorship. In his spare time, he mentors young men through The Iron Men Brotherhood, a ministry focused on personal and spiritual growth.

A passionate basketball fan, Mr. Davis enjoys both playing and watching the game, especially cheering for his beloved New York Knicks. He lives by the scripture: “Be strong and courageous in the power of His might.”
