Gina Cotton-Ra'Ifa

GC Cotton-Ra'Ifa is the HR Business Partner at Business Interface LLC, boasting over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. A certified SHRM-CP, she has established herself as an HR expert and Certified Recruiter through the LEAN Recruiter Academy, with particular strengths in employee engagement, performance management, and training and development.

Her exceptional communication skills enable her to convey information clearly and build strong relationships with C-Suite executives and managers, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.

In addition to her professional achievements, Mrs. Cotton-Ra'Ifa is a licensed and ordained Elder and Pastor, working alongside her husband to serve their community. A proud biological mother of one daughter and a bonus mom to three daughters and one son, she is deeply passionate about helping others and promoting personal and professional development.

Mrs. Cotton-Ra'Ifa holds a bachelor's degree in business management with a concentration in Human Resources, as well as an HR Certificate covering essential areas of the field. After overcoming a serious accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury and other injuries, she has worked tirelessly to reclaim her life and career. Currently, she also serves as the Dean of Academics at a Bible College in Yonkers, New York.

As the founder and president of a women’s group focused on embodying faith, sisterhood, and compassionate outreach, Mrs. Cotton-Ra'Ifa is committed to empowering women in her community. Additionally, she leads the "Help Us Help Her" campaign, which is connected to the ministry she shares with her husband, further demonstrating her dedication to outreach and support for those in need.
