Kristen Davis
Center Leader
Kristen Davis is the Center Leader at the Business Interface office in Darby, Pennsylvania. With over 10 years of experience in Workforce Development, Human Resources, adult education, and employer engagement, she is an expert in her field.
Ms. Davis currently serves as Senior Business Partnership Specialist with the Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN), a leading nonprofit organization in youth employment.
Throughout her career, Ms. Davis has trained and supported individuals while creating job opportunities across various industries in the Philadelphia region, including Engineering/Aerospace, Technology, Healthcare, Labor Market, and Fashion. She has worked with organizations such as the Chubb Institute, Job Corps, and the Salvation Army Penndel, where she led Workforce and Development programs. One of the highlights of her tenure at the Salvation Army was launching the Work-Tech program, the organization's first adult STEM career training initiative.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Davis is deeply involved in community service. She serves as a board member with the Pettaway Pursuit Foundation and partners with organizations such as Philadelphia Fight, The Urban League of Philadelphia, Chosen 300, and Veterans. She has also worked to promote financial literacy through collaborations with PNC and Wells Fargo Banks.
In 2019, Ms. Davis was honored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the National League of Cities (NLC) for her successful efforts in combating homelessness and the opioid crisis through Career Readiness programs.
