Nakia Hannibal
Center Supervisor
Nakia Hannibal is the Center Supervisor at the Business Interface office in Dover, DE, where she also serves as a Workforce Development Trainer and Case Manager. With over 15 years of experience in case management and teaching, Ms. Hannibal brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her work.
Before relocating to Delaware in the summer of 2024, Ms. Hannibal was a 4th-grade teacher in the Philadelphia public school district. She holds an undergraduate degree in Social Work from La Salle University in Philadelphia. Outside of her professional life, Ms. Hannibal is passionate about empowering young girls, often organizing events to help boost their self-esteem.
In addition to her work in education and mentorship, Ms. Hannibal is the author of Plant and Watch Her Bloom. She is a devoted mentor to mothers and daughters, believing in the importance of providing tools to nurture healthy relationships between them. A God-fearing woman, wife, and mother of four amazing children, Ms. Hannibal is committed to leaving a lasting, positive impact on everyone she encounters. She is known for her infectious personality and her genuine love for people, always striving to make a difference wherever she is planted.
