Omar El Shaarawy

Omar El Shaarawy is an IT Support Specialist at Business Interface. Hailing from Cairo, Egypt, he was raised by parents who instilled in him the values of education, hard work, and perseverance. His father, a pilot, and his mother, who works in finance, have been pivotal in shaping his character, and their unwavering support has been a cornerstone of his journey. Family holds a special place in Omar’s heart and continues to influence his path.

From an early age, Mr. El Shaarawy was captivated by the world of IT. He spent hours exploring ways to make games more engaging through coding and experimenting with command-line scripts to boost computer performance. One of his proudest early accomplishments came with the guidance of his mother, when he successfully installed a clean version of Windows XP on a Toshiba laptop using multiple floppy disks. This experience sparked his enduring passion for technology.

Over the years, Mr. El Shaarawy’s enthusiasm for IT only grew. A decade later, he gained valuable experience through an internship at the Bank of Egypt, which laid the foundation for his academic pursuits. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity from Wilmington University. After graduation, he further honed his skills through various contracts, gaining hands-on experience in his field.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. El Shaarawy enjoys a wide range of activities. He can often be found behind the wheel, preparing a delicious meal, exploring new places, or seeking out adventure. When he needs to recharge, he finds peace on his family farm in Egypt, where he enjoys connecting with nature and rejuvenating his spirit.
